Holistic Interiors evolved from Owner Neila Morrison’s wish to combine her training and experience with environmentally responsible practices, and a holistic approach to Interior Decorating and ReDesign. In order to achieve balance and harmony, it is important to consider all influences of the design equation.

To apply her innate ability to create beautiful and organized spaces, Neila Morrison established her business in 2005. Neila is formally trained at Okanagan College, where she received certification as an Interior Decorator, and subsequently earned a certificate in ReDesign and Staging from the Canadian ReDesigners Association (CRDA). She currently serves as the Okanagan Regional Coordinator for the CRDA (2008–), and is a longstanding member of the Professional Organizers in Canada. Neila is a published writer on the topics of ReDesign, Organizing, and Staging (see Holistic Interiors Blog for Beyond 50 Magazine articles). Her work has also been featured on CHBC Television’s ‘Okanagan Now’.

With a former career in finance & administration, Neila has a solid background in project management, customer service, and budgeting. These skills are crucial to the planning and implementation of any project, and will ensure the smoothest process possible throughout your design project. She is committed to bringing excellence in workmanship and a superior level of service to her clientele. Her specialty is finding cost-effective solutions, often utilizing or repurposing furnishings clients already own.

Neila’s extensive involvement in the arts - including two terms as Vice President of the Summerland Arts Council, various volunteer roles with galleries in BC, and experience showing her own creations – enhances her ability to implement classic, yet imaginative spaces for her clients.

Neila’s warmth and professionalism continues to bring referrals and repeat clientele her way. She approaches each experience with renewed enthusiasm and creative energy, and looks forward to hearing about your next project!
